I’ve paid more money for [my oldest] to take lessons over 7-8 years to only have learned last summer how to swim independently.

It’s really a savings over the long run. We spent multiple winters at those swim schools that cost $120+ a month for a 30 min group lesson once a week and your kid learns “amazing” things like how to blow bubbles in the water.

I’d pay double now that I see the results… [my youngest] has acquired skills at 2 that took [my oldest] 8 summers.
